    Business hours are Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM.

    Installations and destaging may occur outside of standard hours based on project needs.

  • What is your staging process?

    Our process includes a consultation, design planning, furniture installation, and final styling.

    Once staging is installed, the service is considered fully rendered.


    Any changes requested after installation may incur additional fees.

  • How long does staging take?

    Installation typically takes 2–6 hours, depending on property size and scope.

    Staging rentals are based on a 30-day minimum, unless otherwise stated in your contract.

  • Do you offer revisions or restyling after installation?

  • Do you offer refunds?

    Due to the nature of staging services, all sales are final once installation is completed.


    This includes labor, transportation, design time, and furniture usage.

    No refunds are issued after work has been performed.

  • Is staging decoration?

    No. Staging is a sales strategy, not interior decoration.

    Our goal is to position the property to appeal to the widest pool of buyers and support a faster, stronger sale.

  • What if I don’t like the staging?

    Staging is a professional design service guided by market strategy and buyer psychology. Personal taste preferences do not qualify for refunds once staging is installed.


    We encourage clients to review our portfolio prior to booking to ensure alignment.

  • What is your cancellation policy?

    Cancellations made less than 72 hours before installation may result in forfeiture of the deposit or full payment, as inventory and labor have already been allocated.

  • Do you offer virtual staging or consultations?

    Yes. Virtual staging and design consultations are available and must be paid in full prior to delivery.

  • Are photos or videos taken during staging?

    We may document installations for portfolio and marketing purposes unless otherwise requested in writing prior to installation.

  • What payment methods do you accept?

    We accept electronic payments.

    Projects must be paid in full before installation, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

By booking Coraliss Home, clients acknowledge they have reviewed our portfolio, policies, and staging approach. Once staging is installed, services are considered rendered and non-refundable.
